Second disclaimer: I had never heard of Sales Mastery until Mary reached out to me.
With that out of the way let me say WOW! I am truly impressed with the content and quality of this magazine.
Seems you can’t swing a dead cat these days without hitting some so-called sales expert pitching their wares via some outdated blog or website.
The sheer amount of useless content being churned out would give anyone a headache.
So what does the world need with yet another sales magazine?
Mary has not only assembled genuine experts in their craft, she has put together a resource for sales professionals looking to up their game. Pronounced: sell better and make more money!
Flipping through Sales Mastery Magazine (it actually looks and feels like a high quality magazine) you will NOT find the usual collection of puff pieces, feel good articles, and “Look how cool I am” nonsense.
You WILL find a collection of timely and focused articles comprised of actionable wisdom. This means you can read something and then go apply it (in the real world) to make yourself a better salesperson (and make more money).
In terms of criticism, I found the ‘subscription’ process a little confusing. It wasn’t clear how much the magazine cost before signing up. I imagine this is something that will get worked out over time and, in case you are wondering, it’s $1.99 per month (with a 7-day free trial).
And honestly, if you are too cheap to invest two bucks every month in your professional development…you probably should consider a career in marketing!
So get off your butt and download Sales Mastery. Heck, my article alone should justify the expense.
